We love mushrooms!

Over the past years, we have been cultivating our own mushrooms to explore different growing techniques and experiment with a variety of species, including Lion's Mane, Shiitake, and Oyster Mushrooms. This hands-on practice allows us to better understand sustainable food systems while engaging with living, evolving processes.

Beyond edible fungi, our experiments extend to the use of mycelium as a technical material—a fascinating frontier we are eager to explore further in future projects.
